F*ck It Sauce

Ironically, online recipes can sometimes cause more frustration than help. When you read a recipe to cook with, you're admitting that you need some help. But there usually comes a time when every person feels like help has turned into pestering.
Imagine that a quartered chicken recipe you used made cleaning and cutting the bird a breeze. But now it's saying you only need 1 clove of garlic. And what about that nutmeg? In what world does that belong on meat? It might be time to part ways with this cook. 

One of the most common places users depart from a recipe is a sauce. For such a small addition, it usually requires the largest amount of ingredients. But how useful are exact measurements? What if you want to simply make a small batch before you commit to an entire cup? Or if the recipe calls for brown sugar, are you really going to spend money on an entire pound? 

Sometimes you just have to say it "F*ck it", and find out with the ingredients you already have at home
